Water Districts

JES engineers have over 40 years of experience assisting both developer districts and mature water districts meet the needs of their residents. We provide long range planning expertise and ongoing general consultation services to these clients. 

Our primary focus is special purpose water districts both as a District Engineer to established Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) as well as for the creation or annexation of land into new MUDs. 

We have experience providing engineering recommendations to established Districts where long term maintenance and operability are key concerns. We assist our Clients in evaluating existing facilities on all aspects of their water, wastewater, and drainage systems.
